Recently Priory school has allowed students to use mobile devices at break and for researching in some lessons. This increases the use of technology in school, but Sir. Michael Wilshaw, the chief inspector for OFSTED believes this is the reason why England’s literacy rate is dropping. Also after 244 years, the encyclopedia Britannica is no longer going to be published in book form and therefore will only be available online. Is 6this the end of the pen? The company have decided that the internet is a faster way to find information and has had an online copy of the encyclopedia available for 18 years. This is yet another example of how technology is becoming increasingly available and how mobile learning is the future.
